I moved to Columbus and had to find a storage unit quickly. My criteria was that it be climate controlled and easily accessible. The cleanliness of the facility is impressive. The grounds are spotless.
I expected to find a building that needed a password to get in and out, elevators and motion sensored lights. Every unit is on ground level and the lights are on a timer.
I also thought I’d be facing a counter person who didn’t want to be there.
Who I found was a wonderful person named Angela who carefully explained all of my options and showed me how to get in and out of my storage unit. She not only explained things but she made sure I understood everything clearly.
My storage unit was clean and really accessible. I moved in a three bedroom house in under two hours. The 17 ft uhaul was easy to maneuver through the grounds also.
I highly recommend this location. It’s easy to get to, well kept, reasonably priced and wonderfully managed.
