I’ll keep this short: As short as my time inside of Undone. I went in for a bachelorette party gift. I asked for help and received great, attentive service. I only got one(instead of two) lacy piece because the price was well, too pricey. I admired the chic décor. I left. Service: Stellar! I could’ve sat on the plush chairs, chatted with the woman who helped me and stayed all day! Selection: Not so much. There were probably less than 15 styles/options the day I went, although I was told they get new items frequently. Price: Oh my. I fee like I’ve seen the pieces, and brands for that matter, for at least half the price at TJ Maxx. I’m guessing you’re paying more for the experience here than anything else.

Maybe I was spoiled by the insanely cute French Knickers that I had just ogled over at Collier West, but this place did nothing for me. I’ve been looking for something a little less the over-priced, under-quality Victoria’s Secret and a little more reasonably-priced, faux vintage a la What Katie Did( ). But instead, what I found at Undone reminded us of what one girl in our group said ‘might be found in her grandmother’s dresser.’ Their window displays were intriguing, but there wasn’t enough to keep me interested for very long.

Undone has relocated to the Short North(772 N. High St. Suite 101) and their new location is even cuter than their old Grandview Location. They carry great lines of lingerie and shoes, brands such as Bestey Johnson(my personal favorite), Huit, Frye, and Naughty Monkey. I went in last week and found bras for $ 32, way cheaper than Vickies, but not to say they don’t also carry some with price points closer to $ 100 as well. Here you can find anything from prissy and lacy to comfy and cute. And if you are looking for something in a special size or for a special location, they can pull out some catalogues and help you find the perfect item with the perfect fit. The owners and sales staff have also attended classes on breast health and taking the perfect measurements, so these ladies are more than just pretty faces assisting you with your purchase.

I found Undone to be pretty classy. The set up was kind of like a Victoria Secret in the sense that they had representations of the lingerie and all the sizes were in drawers underneath, and there were photographs and paintings on the walls accentuating body parts. They had elegant lacey and plain lingerie. Some of the lines were names like Mary Jo and Cosabella. I thought a name like Cosabella was tasteful, as it means«beautiful thing» in Italian. Prices were expensive but there was a table of things that were $ 20.00. Shoes stylishly graced displays as well as comfy slippers. The sleepware was soft and lightweight — good for summertime. There was a little bit that was catered toward brides like lingerie that said«something blue» or «blushing bride». I liked the silhouette of the cityscape cut out of wood because it gave the place an urban, uptown feel.

The cutest little lingerie and shoe shop in Columbus. Some of the items are a bit pricey, bit if you’re looking for a splurge this is where to do it. The brands include Betsey Johnson, Cosabella, Eberjey, Ed Hardy, Lucy B, Natori, Vera Wang, etc. They also take pride in their Frye boot collection. They are the perfect boots, but back to the pricey comment. Darn. The styles range from comfort, to functional, wedding, seasonal, ultra sexy and teasingly cute. They also offer bra sizing, which I encourage. I’ve been lying to myself for years about my real size. Leigh-Ann, the owner, has been quite helpful here. They also happen to be the best hostesses on the block! For every Grandview Art Hop, their anniversary parties, annual black and white parties, your personal batchelorette parties, etc. they do it up nice. Always offering wine and beer, snacks and music.
