I don’t normally hand out one star reviews and if I feel like I need to I have either had a horrific experience that I don’t want to try to repeat or it was a negative experience and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. UPS falls into the later category and I have been here three different times. Each time I have been in to drop off a package for shipping and each time has been a lousy experience. 1) Dropping off a package and there is a huge line of people and ONE person working the counter. The person working the counter is grumpy. 2) Dropping off a package and I am the only one there but I have trouble getting the transaction done because the two people behind the counter are bickering. The guy was being a condescending jerk and the gal was clearly fed up. Eek! Super uncomfortable. 3) Dropping off a package and there is no one out at the counter. I waited and called to the back for 5 minutes before someone came out, took my packages and set them on a counter. No scanning. No asking if I wanted a receipt. Plopped them onto a counter and walked back. I don’t know what is going on at this location but wow. Their customer service is a MESS. This last experience was the scariest because I could have been grabbing packages by the armful and walking out and I don’t know that anyone would have said anything or even noticed me. The only reason why I didn’t pitch an immediate fit was I was sending back empty toner cartridges to Canon so it wasn’t a big deal to me. But, in the future, if I need to ship anything of value, I will just go to the UPS Store on Cemetery and know that my package will receive the time and attention it deserves with a smile.
