The staff is very informative and helpful, I have had several positive experiences at both High St and Mill Run locations. Cam, Joe and Brandon have all gone above and beyond the average staff expectations that we have become used to as consumers. I was a «first timer» to the vaping scene and had MANY questions and concerns that were answered very patiently and professionally. You will NOT be disappointed by a visit to the Vapor Station.

Really disappointed with customer service. After purchasing an X-​Pro kit and spending over $ 150, the employee assembled the unit. Later when trying to remove the battery, I noticed the small allen head bolt was ‘twisted’ off. This prevented me from having access to the battery compartment. I immediately went back to the store and explained it to the manager, he said, «we’ll take care of this and replace» After a 2 week wait, I was told today that it was my fault, and they could not replace. So much for taking care of a good customer… no offer to help rectify the situation, either. ALT Smoke (campus) always has the friendliest employees and I’m always surprised when they say, «you get 10 $ off today, do you want to use it?»

I went into the vapor station off of fishmonger to start my first rda build. I knew minimal about the building and Kevin immediately came to help me. He told me about the pros and cons of every mod and dripper.
I will absolutely come back here for all my vaping needs. Two thumbs up to vapor station at fishinger!!!

This business is a rip off and a waste of time. They Do NOT guarantee anything and will only give you partial store credit for defective or faulty equipment. I paid $ 59.99 for a junk eCig starter kit that you can buy online for about $ 30. I was told *after* selecting a new one that I would only receive partial credit and I would have to pay the difference. No thanks! This place sucks, avoid at all costs.
