The service is bad everywhere the sales, reps will try to pressure you into buying accessories and they always lie to you. The reps always lie to you and they have awful customer service. They told me I was eligible for an upgrade after 30 days but I went in there and they told me I could not do it for another 4 months after I have already had my phone for a month. I can tell you right now NEVER GET VERIZON there is no PHONE company that is as bad as verizon I always see my friends with different providers and they have reception but I dont. Not even in omaha. DO NOT GET VERIZON
