I understand that it is the day after a holiday, and no one really wants to be working, but when you are working on the customer service end of a business, at least fake politeness. First off, the store was dead. Employees were just chit-chatting; nothing wrong with that. Like I said, it is the day after a holiday. I went to print a photo, and was instantly asked for the photo’s copyright.(Don’t know where she came from, but she was instantly abrasive.) I was about to explain how there isn’t a copyright for such a photo(my own creation), but she immediately cut me off and kept rudely insisting that I need more proof of a copyright. I wish I could have had video of the level of rudeness and abrasiveness that she was dishing out. I said I would gladly take my business elsewhere and started to patiently walk away. She yelled out to me(while tilting her head back and forth in a short, snotty way) «Why don’t you go home, print out the copyright proof we need, and place your order online. When you pick up your order, show us the copyright.» Why, why, why would I want to return to that situation? No, thank you. She wouldn’t even let me walk out with the one picture that I printed. I will only return with my husband when he is done with work, so he can attest that it is our creation, and we want the one copy back that she kept there. I happily printed my photos elsewhere. I do not go into Walgreens often, and the last couple of times I have visited this one, my reasons to not shop there are only reaffirmed. The convenience of the photo kiosk was the only reason I wanted to go there. I will happily drive 15 miles to receive actual customer service and respect. Had this employee been polite, then this whole situation would be different. But the lack of respectful customer service is evident anytime that I go there, which like I said, isn’t often, and for good reason.

Great customer service and clean store. A little pricey. Jodie from cosmetics is friendly and always helpful.
