Love Wendy’s, but never going to this one again(I work at the hospital). Customer service was awful. The majority of the women working were disrespectful, didn’t say have a nice day etc, they threw people’s food on the counter, yelled, and even rolled there eyes when the customers are being polite. I know working at fast food sucks sometimes, I know I’ve done it too, but you have to be nice because you are the face of the company. Rate a 0 out of 10.

The line moves quick, and they do hook app deals here(although the staff don’t know how it works). I come here fairly often, but I’m rarely happy with what I get. I always seem to get nauseous after their cheeseburgers. But their $ 1 chicken sandwich is a solid pick. My recommendation is to check what the hospital cafeteria has first, then if you don’t like anything there head to wendys as a back up.

It’s a Wendy’s in a hospital. As someone who works in the hospital, it is the only option that is open until 3am. Very crowded during the lunch rush between 11:30am and 2pm but the line moves quickly. They do make several mistakes with meals. This has never happened to me but I have witnessed other frustrated customers experience less than helpful customer service. They take BuckID which is also a plus.

I’ve worked at OSU for 5 years and used to eat at this Wendy’s all the time for lunch around 10:30am-12:30pm. In the earlier years the food was decent as it could be for Wendy’s, then it started lacking in freshness and quality in 2010. I stopped going and recently ventured back a few times this month. Even worse than I remembered. Long lines would make you think fresh food… NOPE! Each time I ordered 4 regular nuggets, 4 spicy nuggets and or a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. All the times the nuggets and chicken patty were limp slightly warm and the fries were terribly undercooked and limp as well. At least they were a little warmer than this chicken products, but still limp and mush. There’s maybe 2 friendly employees, any other time they act like its the end of the world when you ask for packaged ketchup and they like to forget to give you your dollar change and look at you like your stupid when you wait on them for it and then don’t apologize for forgetting when you ask them for it. All in all it’s terrible and believe me I don’t expect much from fast food, but I at least want some crispy warm greasy food. Burger wise, I have no clue since I’ve never ate them here.

Okay, nothing home to write home about. It’s located inside OSU hospital so as John mentioned no drive thru, and no free refills on their drinks. I can see why Sarah said it’s the worst, at times it can be slow as molasses. When I visited my family and friends at the hospital, they took forever to service our order. However, these last few times it took less than 5 minutes(that’s good for this location). Sometimes the worker morale and wait time is hit or miss therefore my review for a 3 rating.

worst wendy’s I’ve ever had. Fries were limp and barely warm. The hamburger bun was half torn in half, the lettuce wasn’t even in the sandwich, and there was no less than a half cup of mayo on the sandwich. No soda refills either, and my drink was mostly ice. You’d be better off going down to the new Brenen’s location in the Biomedical Research Tower, which is what I should have done.

No drive through window, long lines during peak hours, no free refills on soft drinks, and the prices are slightly higher than normal wendy’s prices. The location is inside a hospital and it is better than the hospital cafeteria food and cheaper than the chocolate store and espresso oasis upstairs.
