The line was long and extremely slooooowwwww inside. One of the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Horrible dining room set for the line.

Ordering a chili in the drive though I had to wait 10 minutes! They messed up the guys order in front of me and then when I got to the window they just gave me my food and didn’t say anything extremely rude.

I simply cannot understand how this location can get my order wrong 4 times in a row. I usually never complain about fast food, but I guess there is a first for everything. Gave this location a chance again and again. Four times in a row they got my simple order wrong. Not sure why it’s so difficult to leave onions and pickles out of a sandwich.

I’ve always received fresh food here, the order is always correct. I’m happy to go to this location even if it gets a bit busy. Id give it five stars if the lunch time crew leader wasn’t absolutely terrifying. I’ve gone here a lot of times and I’ve never seen her smile or look anything other then miserable.

They’ve made a nice upgrade to the interior of the restaurant, but it’s too bad they didn’t upgrade the employees too. The employees don’t seem to care about the customers at all and it’s been that way for years. Go to the Wendys at 1724 W 5th Ave, I have a consistently better experience there.

WORST. WENDYS. EVER. I shit you not — I have never, EVER gone through the drive-thru here without something getting screwed up — missing sauce for nuggets, hell — missing NUGGETS(I once got 3 instead of 5), wrong condiments on sandwiches, and I once had a chicken sandwich thrown into my bag UPSIDEDOWN, and since Wendy’s has now chosen to serve their chicken sandwiches in those idiotic little half-boxes with a wrapper, it went all over the bottom of my bag, so when I reached in, I got honey mustard and tomato all over my hand. Also, the quality is piss-poor. The fries suck out loud(cold, soggy) most of the time(even during lunch rush), and I recently was served a grilled chicken sandwich that was half-cooked. Yes, I bit into raw chicken while driving, and yes, I puked on my steering wheel. Service sucks camel balls — the drive-thru person will likely grunt at you while taking your order and the person who hands your food to you will likely be a transsexual Native American who will glare at you, silently wishing you a painful, slow death. I hate going here, but it’s close to my place of employment and it’s located in a wasteland of dining options along this stretch — the other choices are Steak Escape(equally sucky) and Tim Hortons(an asstastic lunch option). I’m gonna cut my losses soon and just get one of those 6-month-old, wrinkled, spinning rotisserie hot dogs at the BP station.

I didn’t think my order is all that complicated: jr cheeseburger with lettuce only. Somehow it became a hamburger with ketchup, pickles, & onions. Unfortunately I was in a hurry & didn’t check until I was already home. Luckily they accidentally gave us 2 frostys!

The worst service! We waited 10 min for a basked potato and jr cheeseburger. Cops in front of us waited 15 min for chicken nuggets. The sad thing was that they were dead with minimal customers.
