This Wendy’s is in the Mount Carmel Hospital(near downtown). Somethings that are different from other Wendy’s: no free refills, you have to ask for required condiments, and no drive thru. They have a Tim Horton’s included right inside the Wendy’s. I want to rate it a two-and-half, but we cannot give half stars, so I’m rounding up to a three. The food is typical for Wendy’s, and is cooked to ordered. We were told no free-refills(bummer!), and many of the condiments they keep behind the register(the sugar, the artificial sweeter, and the ketchup packets). It’s a good option if you opt to get grilled chicken or salad with low fat dressing. It’s conveniently located in the hospital, but service can be very slow. As for Robert T’s comments, the people that ordered fries didn’t feel that there was too much sea salt. I didn’t order them(I opted for a sour cream, and chives baked potato).

The thing about cooking with sea salt is that you don’t have to use as much of it as you would regular table salt, yet it packs a lot more flavor. The fry masters at Wendy’s have not learned this trick… they use a lot of salt on the fries… so much that it was like eating a salt lick!
