I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Atwood deliver both of my children, and she and her staff are phenomenal! They are caring and attentive to all of my needs. No question was crazy or beyond comprehension, and they genuinely care about their patients. I was high risk both times and both times I was treated to quality care. Kudos to everyone there – especially Dr. Atwood and her team (i.e., Cheryl, Mrs. Judy, & Danielle)!

Terrible office service. The worst. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 3 days and when the nurse did call me back she left a message saying that she didn’t see why I should see a doctor and to try an urgent care. She left this message at 458 so when I called back at 501 they were closed. So I called back the next day and asked if I could just see a different doctor since mine had no interest in seeing me. The office manager told me «they don’t see each others patients». Didn’t offer any other solution just to keep trying to get ahold of someone. Pass. I have great insurance so I’d rather just get a referral and find a new gyno. If you can avoid it don’t go here.

Never had any problems here. Sometimes, you will have to wait a little past your appointment time, but that is going to happen at ANY OBGYN office. The girls are always nice. NEVER had any billing issues or problems with anyone telling me to go to an urgent if I were having complications with my pregnancy (I actually did have a complication with my 3^rd child – was having contractions every 5 minutes and was several months before she was due. they called ahead to MT Carmel East and had them set a room up for me to be monitored & Dr Atwood was there within about an hour to check on me.)
I would recommend this office!

Have been going to this practice for 9 years and am now 5 months pregnant and now looking for a new provider thanks to the lady in charge of billing! Let me state that up until this point I have never had an issue with anyone at the practice; always friendly and Cheryl the nurse always calls back with answers to any questions I’ve had. I usually saw Becky the NP but started seeing Dr Atwood once pregnant. Both ladies are wonderful to work with! But the person who handles the billing is extremely rude and demanding and just basically makes it «her way or the highway.» I’m sad to leave this practice but am tired of dealing with the billing person and her attitude even after I’ve obtained all of the coverage info she had requested of me.

I love this practice especially Medical Assistant «Gert» and Dr. Doyle. Dr. Doyle delivered my son 3 years ago and I still go to this practice for the not so exciting stuff. Sometimes there is a wait but the practice is really popular and I believe it’s because of how they treat their patients. I was told to go here by a coworker that Dr. Doyle delivered all 3 of her children. Worth the drive for me to be seen here.
