First time i went to World of Bounce was in Grove City on a semi warm day so it probably wasnt as busy as would have been. The New Albany location is closer to me, since i am commuting from Westerville. I do feel the New Albany location is smaller. Was also disappointed that the balls were not kept in the blow up basketball area„ rather they were being played with in the lobby area but super small children. This issue caused one-two ball minimum in the basketball blow up and kids were getting in altercations left and right because there were not enough in the area. I had to take my son out of that blow up because he is 2 and was starting to cry. Staff needs to do a better job in New Albany, possibly have some grown ups as the teenagers were more into talking with the boys rather than doing their job Almost makes me want to embark on the drive to Grove City as the staff did a much better job keeping balls in their respective area! My son was crushed as he loves basketball!

Great place to let the kids get their energy out especially when the weather isn’t great. Reasonably priced and offers 8+ large bounce houses. We love the open play time. I would suggest bringing some bottled water. The only improvement I could see is that there are not many holes to store the shoes in.

I have taken my kids, ages 1 and 4, to WOB3 times now for their open bounce times in the mornings. I have across the board noted the staff being very attentive and professional, the facilities seem clean and well-kept, and the inflatables are fun and engaging. I appreciate the mats at the bottom of the largest slides and the sink that’s low enough for my(tiny) 4-year-old to wash and dry his own hands. My daughter, almost 2, is not a strong climber and being there with her is hard work, so I come dressed to get in the inflatables and help out, or rather, get my workout in for the day! I LOVE that adults are permitted inside because I get to keep a closer watch over my kids and also I get to legitimately go down the big slide. Because the big slide is fun. And the big slide is fast. And the big slide is fun. This may not have too much to do with WOB themselves, but every time we have gone there have been older kids being WAY too wild and WAY too rough and their parents are else where on cell phones or watching and exuding that lame«kids will be kids» attitude that SO bothers me. I’m not sure what can be done about that, but just to warn you, watch out for 10-year olds barreling through a line of kids waiting for a slide and knocking one down, not even stopping to see if he’s ok. True story. But really, this place is great for a rainy day. Or even a sunny day. Go have a bounce!

What can I say, I used to love inflatables when I was a kid and turns out I still do. Had a blast today with my son, and they do let parents go in to supervise but nothing wrong with a little jumping thrown in. This place is very clean and has great service, having read some reviews of similar places where the employees ignore the guests while texting on their phones, this was nothing like that. The play area was well supervised by very friendly attendants and not one was distracted with personal activities. They really made sure kids went up one by one to get on the giant slides, and did a great job overall. There was really a lot more to this place than expected, we only went into one out of two rooms and the number of inflatables in there was impressive. For $ 9, it’s totally worth the cost of admission. I do wish they were open a little later on weekends for open play since I am not a morning person, but regardless I will be back many times, I’m sure.
