A server was very rude to me, cause I asked about something that was supposed to be on the menu for that day. They have a menu posted, so why get rude with a customer cause they wanted what was on the menu for that day. Very poor customer service. I just left.

Best soul food in Columbus. Chicken is always seasoned well; baked and fried. Ribs are to die for. I love eating here. I could actually eat here everyday for lunch.

I found this restaurant online by doing a google search three weeks ago and I’m glad I did. The restaurant is small but the employees make you feel like family. The have different meals everyday of the week but they also have meat and sides that they carry everyday. I’ve never tried the barbecue but I have tried the fried pork chops three times and they are delicious. The seasoning was perfect and not salty. I had a side of yams, rice and gravy, cornbread muffin and sweet tea for $ 8.95(not including tax). I’ve tried the collard green and they were also good. The next time I go I would really love to try the mac and cheese and the sweet potato pie. My plate was enough for two days. You can eat inside or take it to go. I took my plate to go but my food was still warm/hot when I got home. Their menu should be online or you can call and ask them what’s on the menu for that day. I know that they serve Fried Pork Chops, Fried and Baked Chicken, Rice, Yams, Deviled Eggs, Coleslaw an Potato Salad everyday of the week but they are closed on Sundays. Their hours are Mon-Thurs 10:30 — 8:00p & Fri-Sat 10:30 — 9:00p.
