McDonald’s

Stopped in for a quick lunch while in town on business. My husband had asked for a special request sandwich not out of the ordinary or realm of ingredients normally offered at any McDonalds naionwide. The onset of panic ensued as the cashier tries to figure out how to charge us appropriately. the manager on duty was called over and she was very RUDE & unaccommodating, not only was she unwilling to accommodate the order we requested, but she she lied about being out of the Big Mac ingredients to do so even though the next customer ordered his Big Mac w no problem. This «special order» is not rocket science. it is just 2 chicken patties in place of 2 beef patties on a BigMac sandwich called the «MacChicken» in any other non hick town, this has been made for us countless times at McDonalds all over Washington State and beyond with no problems whatsoever. giving testimony to the unprofessional training this manager was given which has nothing to do with customer satisfaction at all. so do not expect good service here. there also reads a rediculous sign in the lobby on the soda machine which threatens locals w being turned into the police department in the event they «steal» the soda. lol what a joke. this place needs to be reported to McDonalds headquarters. in fact we will be doing this. the sign was enuf to make us walk out on our order & se we ended up getting much better customer service at the Taco Time next door: D

I think a 2^nd grader designed the new building and parking lot. Tables are always dirty during lunch. And it’s too crowded. Go to Zips.

I thought that this location was okay. It’s your average McDonalds from the staff to the food, nothing was really different. The only thing that really stood out to me was that there was plenty of seating.

Mcdonalds customer appreciation has really gone out of the window, and this location is no acception. It’s not warm, welcoming, or friendly. If your a fan of mcdonalds than this ones the same as all the others. But if you enjoy sauce with your fries or chicken nuggets prepare to be scolded, for not asking for it when you initially ordered, and then expected to pay for it. Or if you appreciate customer service at all, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a quick processed meal in a pinch, have at it.
