I brought my dog to this vet because she was showing signs of ear infection. They said it was not and had to keep her overnight. Well 800.00 dollars later they sent her home with ear drops!

Please, if you have ANY other options, do NOT take your animal here. I had to take my cat 4th of July weekend when he wasn’t eating. They were understaffed, so I had to wait for 2 and a half hours just to be seen, then another half hour waiting in the exam room. My poor kitty was scared silly, and the vet seemed to be a recent graduate of vet school or something, as she kept spouting out textbook phrases that I couldn’t understand. It seemed like she was trying to confuse me just so I’d agree with whatever treatment she’d suggest. I had to constantly remind her to speak in a way that a layperson would understand, but she kept reverting back to «pretentious babblespeak». Anyway, she said my cat had a heart murmur. When I took my kitty to his regular vet a few days later, he checked and said there was NO heart murmur, that he was probably just extremely stressed out from being in that environment for so long. After testing was done at the emergency vet(another hour and a half), the doc told me that I should put a feeding tube into my cat. I asked if there were any other options, since that would’ve cost me $ 2000. She said(and I quote), «You could feed him with a syringe, but that would be the sub-optimal option because that would create food aversion». Lady, if you stick a tube into my cat, you’d be creating a «me» aversion! Well, I know my cat enough to know that he would respond much better to syringe-feeding and took that option, and I was made to feel like I didn’t care about my cat(meanwhile, I put his needs before mine ALLTHETIME), and that I was essentially killing him by not putting in the feeding tube. I wound up spending 5 hours and $ 250(instead of $ 2250 if they had their greedy way). Anyway, the syringe-feeding was a success. And, 7 months later, not only does my kitty eat normally again, but he meows and begs for more all the time! EDIT: I was recently contacted by the owner of this facility to inform me that they are under new management. Therefore, this review may not be valid anymore. I hope that others have much better luck now! If I hadn’t moved away from the area, I would give these guys another shot.
