So disappointed. Wife asked me to go get some chocolate covered cranberries. It being Sunday I went to the website to confirm they would be open (website says open till 7pm). So I schlep a non insignificant distance to the store and arrive at 6:45 only to be greeted by a locked door and a staff member telling me through the door that they are closed. What’s the point of having hours posted (sign on the door also said they were open until 7pm) if you aren’t actually going to be open.

This place deserves No stars! They should not be in business, horrible! the girls that work there are about 15 and don’t know what they are doing they took my sister’s order and when she went to pick it up days later they said she never placed it, even though she has a recipe for it! They told her they can’t make what she ordered and were not even sorry for what they did. This place is a JOKE! I hope they go out of business soon so they don’t keep getting away with this!

LONG ISLAND CITY, NY
I am a chocolate and candy lover and was so excited that this store was opening on Long Island because it is unique! My first impression of the shop was how beautifully decorated it was. When I came in, I was pleastantly suprised how friendly the staff was. The chocolate was amazing, I bought dark chocolate covered pretzels! The party room in the back was bustling with kids for some kind of party. I wish I could have my bithday party there… think I’m too old? ha
