The pharmacist who works on Sunday evenings is extremely nasty. I called to see if my doctor called in a script for me and she told me no. A few hours later I got an email from my doctor saying he sent the script over so I call again and she tells me no you called before and I told you there was nothing here I’m the same pharmacist you spoke to before! I let her know my doctor told me he sent it in and that it was an emergency and she just continued to be nasty. My doctor called there and must have been firm with her because it was ready in 10 minutes which never happens there. When I went to pick it up and gave my name the girl helping me laughed. I must have been the talk of the pharmacy for calling twice to just check on a perscription. The customer service there is horrible and they all should take a class on how to treat people. I will never go back to that pharmacy again!

I dropped off a prescription this morning and was told it would take 1 hour. I came back 2 hours later and was told it would be a few more minutes. 45 minutes later I ask again and find out it was sitting there all along and no one bothered to tell me. Not a good way to do business. — — — - Another pharmacy visit and I am one of 12 people waiting on line. SLOW.

I’m writing this review for my boss who was at this CVS location yesterday. This was by far the best customer service she has experienced in a long time! Nick(cashier at register) was professional, friendly, and extremely nice. Bravo CVS in Commack, LI for hiring such a gem. It is rare in today’s society to find this kind of customer service. Nick, thank you for making her smile even more:) it has been a journey but her smile is here to stay!!!

Worst one I have ever been too. Unfortunately the people here do not like their jobs as they made it clear on Easter by one cashier showing haphazardly dressed, miscounted my money, took 10 mins to scan everything I had, and then forgot to put my items all in the bag. What was worse then him was the other old man cashier crying about how he had to work on a Sunday and the managers know he should be off. He was also slow and the line was incredibly long. Some people need to learn customer service skills and even though you are mad at being at work(on Easter Sunday) no one else cares. I have been in customer service my whole life and to see two grown men act like this, well it is just plain unexceptable.

Sometimes when your sinuses are about to explode, you need to hit the closest pharmacy you can find. Luckily, I found this one. To me, it was all I can really ask for in a pharmacy; large, no line, more than one cashier, easy in/out, clean, 24hr, meds on sale… perfecto. I was in and out in a few min with exactly what I needed. I think it’s location(a bit off of a main road) keeps it less busy and that can only work to your advantage, playa. Do it.

They are constantly lying about insurance not going through. Always a trouble to get them accept a prescription. Online orders never get processed.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been, rude people and the worse customer service. Pharmacist won’t even help you, they’re the worse. Why do they have a drive thru when they make you wait another ½ hr after they’ve texted you the prescription is ready to pick up… Sorry I can’t agree with some reviews. This review is for this specific location.
