Decks Unique

Had a beautiful Trex deck installed by them this week. Jason was my salesperson and he was very responsive. Very knowledgable of the product. As soon as I signed a contract we were ready to go. They started work the next week! Don was the project manager in the field and answered any questions I had. Deck was very nice workmanship and they were very punctual arriving to my house at 7:20 ready to go. Very satisfied!

After waiting two weeks for an appt on a Saturday, I get a call from Kevin an hour before canceling our appt, Things come up so i planned on rebooking. He calls back and schedules to come that day at 4pm. I agree, 4pm comes, nobody shows up and I dont even get a call this time. Two weeks later i do get an email addressed to «joe» (not my name) following up on a quote he gave me??? I decide to go to their showroom and give them another chance. I set up an appt in person and they schedule Jason for a friday afternoon. I get a call from him 2 hours before canceling, saying that both my wife and i had to be home. Why wouldnt they tell you this when you book?! I already got a quote from another contractor for $ 23k so this company not just lost this project but what could have been a great customer! Im redoing my entire house’s siding, trim, windows, etc and because of this unprofessionalism, I wont use their affiliated company «nassau suffolk exteriors» either! Very unprofessional!
