Frank and I went to gringer appliances again… to start our kitchen appliance purchase. As usual Lewis was informative regarding our decision. We needed a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. There are so many choices to make. Gone are the simple days of appliance buying… Lewis educated us based solely on our needs. He along with Arline were able to help us make our selection. This is our 3^rd purchase from this company. They are always available to answer our questions and concerns… Their customer service is in my opinion top notch. We have sent family and friends their way and are always thanked for the referral. Thanks again for a good outcome!!!

We have had the greatest experience dealing with Mindy. We have purchased all if the appliances for our new kitchen at Gringer. Delays in construction caused us to have to reorder some of the appliances due to model changes. Mindy was amazing and worked with us during this process as well as maximizing the manufacturers rebates. I highly recommend Gringer above all competition.
Today I bought a new Gas Barbecue and am thrilled with the treatment I received.

We purchased a stove and dishwasher from Gringers in Commack with a tight delivery schedule for Thanksgiving. Our salesman was Tony — he was a pleasure to work with, no pressure at all. Mindy also made the process great — her knowledge of the products were invaluable. Mindy and Tony made sure that we had our stove in time for the holiday AND when it stopped working the Sunday before Thanksgiving, they were instrumental in getting it fixed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our refrigerator in our weekend home died last Friday afternoon and with Thanksgiving coming up, I was worried if we’d be able to find a replacement in time for the holiday. One big problem I discovered — our fridge has odd dimensions with built in cabinetry surrounding it, so we’d have to find one with nearly the exact dimensions as the old one, or else we’d have a BIG reconstruction project on our hands. A quick search on the net (Best Buy/​PC Richards/​Home Depot, etc) revealed almost nothing that would fit. I live in New York City and am familiar with the Gringer on 1^st Ave, so we gave them a call. The fellow there (very helpful, who’s name I forget) said they «might have one or two» at their Commack location and would have someone follow up with us the next day, Saturday. Sure they will… does that ever happen? Not in my experience — Well, sure enough, Mindy from the Commack store called us early the next morning with 3 options and sent me an e-​mail with the specs. We decided on a Fisher and Paykel unit which they had in stock, and Mindy said they’d do their best to get it to us Tuesday. She later confirmed that they could deliver it Tuesday and gave us a 3 hour delivery window. I called Monday to confirm, and was assured it would be on the way. Well, today right in the stated time slot, the delivery van arrived and the set up/​install was easily done in less than an hour. I will also say that $ 75 for delivery and removal of a large appliance is extremely reasonable, especially in the New York metro area. (I mean Best Buy gets like $ 60 to deliver a small A/​C for example!) So while I cant comment on the fridge yet, I must say that Gringer get’s top ratings for service and support! Thanks again Mindy and Gringer overall — I’ll certainly look to Gringer again for my appliance need! A++++!!!

We were shopping around for a new high end range and came upon Gringer. We couldn’t be more pleased with their assistance and knowledge. Everyone there got involved to find exactly what we were looking for and they even stayed past hours so we could finalize our decision … Hats off to the staff for their patience and help. We will always recommend their store to anyone looking for that perfect kitchen/​bbq appliance.

Our dishwasher broke last Saturday. After researching models on the computer we chose a Bosch dishwasher in the 500 series. Next, I compared prices at Lowes, PC Richards, Sears and various other stores. (Home Depot does not carry Bosch).
A friend recommended Gringer. I called and spoke to Arline, giving her the make, model and lowest price I obtained. Within ten minutes she called me back with a lower price, including two rebates, shipping and installation.
She then asked when we would like it delivered.
The following Thursday (receiving a call as I asked an hour before arrival), our new dishwasher was installed.
Arline really impressed us with her knowledge and sales skills. We will not look any further in the future for appliances!

I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful sales staff at GRINGER APPLIANCE CENTER in Commack. I have been to a few appliance stores and Nobody treats you with so much respect and really care for you. They treat you like family. I was on a budget and they worked for hours to find the wonderful GE PRODUCTS that would suit my needs.

I stopped in to buy a gas grill and was very pleased with the price they gave me. I returned a week later and bought a new refrigerator and was motivated primarily because of the great deal they offered. Arlene was especially helpful, has excellent follow through, and never made me feel pressured. Just good deals and excellent service. They certainly won me over and all I can say is that you should give them a chance when the time comes for you to buy a new appliance.
