Sleepy’s

just got a expensive mattress from this branch of Sleepy’s. price was good, also bought mattress protector and some pillows and got free duvet cover and sheets. overall good deal although the sheets/​duvet was 100% polyester so we will leave it for short-​time guests. the sales person was Neil Koenig. i highly recommend him. low pressure, very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful.

I recently purchased a New Bed from Neil Koenig. What impressed me about Neil was his concern for my Neck Injury. The losers at another place were selling me the wrong bed. Neil found me exactly what I needed to give my neck the proper Support. I purchased The Laura Ashley Firm Bed Set, and have never slept better. Sleepy’s thanks to Neil are experts at helping customers getting the product they need. I look forward to Sending my friends to Neil too.

Bought a mattress a couple of months ago and it was a seamless purchase. The mattress is absolutely fantastic and I don’t have a single complaint. Steve helped us and was very nice, professional and made the experience simple. We knew exactly what we wanted and he had us in and out of the store and was great about the price. UPDATE: had a great time dealing with the people in the store until we returned an expensive item and now no one knows were the refund is for months now. Their finance company says they have no idea, the people at the store will bang on their keyboards and says it’s coming to appease us but yet still no refund. Who has time to keep calling and waiting on hold for the finance company to tell me they still don’t see anything. It’s impossible for me to recommend this place after spending thousands of dollars and being treated like an A-​hole.
Went here Memorial Day weekend and all we knew was we needed a new mattress and it needed to be a king. We were greeted by Steve who helped us search the entire store for the perfect mattress. This was not a easy task as the Fiancé and I have different preferences when it comes to firmness/​softness. Although the store was busy on a holiday weekend Steve made sure to take care of us while handling customers professionally. After finding the right mattress Steve was very thorough in explaining all of our options when it came to payments/​financing, additional items, delivery and so on.
When delivery day came I happen to be working from home and when they arrived (early) I had them setup the bed without inspecting it as I was on a conference call, my mistake. There was some slight damage on the stitching where a few have popped out and also on the underside as well. We called Steve that night and within a few minutes he called us back letting us know a new mattress is coming. He was able to make this happen very fast.
Steve was great to deal with and do yourself a favor and make sure he’s there when you go in. He was very patient and most importantly he’s knowledgeable. We went to a large retail store that has mattresses and all they can do is ask «do you like firm or soft? OK lay on this, it’s a good brand», not exactly a good feeling when your spending a few thousand dollars.
