Smithtown Car Wash and Gas

Indian looking girl who works behind the counter when you pay is so incredibly rude. NEVER even says «hello» when you go up to pay. Just grabs my money and doesn’t say a word. Does not even make eye contact. This is about the 4^rd time I’ve had this encounter with this girl so this is NOT the only time. Show some customer service!!!

Solid 3.5 for the wash here. They could’ve done a more thorough job but not bad.
What I found odd was while I was looking at the receipt outside the guy that was pulling the car up was a little abrupt and told me my receipt just shows I paid. Really sir? I didn’t know that! OMG! I’m being super sarcastic here. So thanks guy! I was trying to read the bottom with their $ 2 off and $ 3 off. In my opinion they need more attendants to take care of drying and cleaning car. My mom’s satisfied and her car is washed. I’ll stick to my car wash in Holbrook since they always do a great job.

This place has changed the name and ownership God knows how many times over the years but the customer flow has always been constant. They have a special gas price for those who are either members or get car wash’s first I don’t know for certain. Depending on what you want they do a really good job cleaning both the interior and exterior of your car ranging from $ 10-​$ 20. Of course they have some crazy services for those who need their car to be crystal clear.
They have a tip box before the car enters the wash and right outside of it, I’d suggest giving the tip directly to the person who cleaned the car. Of course its not mandatory people but if you tip the delivery guy, why not help out the guy cleaning your car!
This place is located 30 secs from Kings Park Road near the Hess and KFC on Jericho Turnpike; Northgate Shopping Center is also right near this car wash.
