Bought my Ford Explorer from them back in July. Runs great. No major problems. The owner, Shon, is a good guy and Bob made the car buying process easy.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a car dealer and with a repair shop — by far. We bought a minivan from Shon at All Auto 7 years ago and he has done most of our repairs and maintenance since then. Shon is not only knowledgeable, very reasonably priced (he always makes sure you don’t spend more than necessary), extremely service minded and honest — he is also the nicest guy you can ever imagine. Every interaction we have had with this business has been awesome. We can not recommend it enough.

We bought a used car from Shon and it was the best experience we could have imagined. Great price, honest interaction and absolutely zero pressure.
My other car has now had a few issues (purchased from a private seller) and All Auto has given us a great deal on fixing things. On multiple occasions Shon has done diagnostics for free. Another lube shop told us we needed new struts and Shon took a look and said they looked fine and recommended against replacing them. I generally distrust all car dealers and mechanics but Shon is as honest as they come and has business ethics you don’t see very often these days.
The shop looks a bit worse for the wear, but the service is second to none. We plan to buy all future used cars from them.

I had some reservations about this place when I found it online but I have to tell you the customer service here is absolutely beyond expectations. I didn’t have to negotiate a price for my Prius because it was priced fairly from the start. Closing paperwork, all told, took about 10 – 15 minutes. So easy.
Shon graciously took care of some maintenance issues for free. He gave me a loaner car while I waited for repairs (which took less than 24 hours). He paid a fair price for our old trade in (which we thought we would just donate because it hardly seemed worth much more than the price of parts). He gave me a ride home after I dropped off the trade in.
He and his staff are friendly and after having several interactions with them, I can tell you I believe they are all trustworthy and honest.
I’ve purchased several cars and this was, by far, the easiest, most hassle free, and dare I say enjoyable experience. Kudos to this shop for excellent overall service and quality! I will drive out of my way to bring my car back here for future repairs and will not hesitate to buy another car or send my friends and acquaintances here.
