The Perfect Move

I set up a move with them, but I didn’t end up using them. Instead I went with Move With Metro, who were great to work with and did a great job.
I read good reviews of the PerfectMove, which is why I originally chose them. I set up a move date with them, and was told it was available and I would get a confirmation email.
Great, right? Well, a couple weeks later, when I realized I hadn’t received a confirmation email, I emailed them, and then I called to confirm. Had to call a few times to get through. They had my info, but said it was never booked, and then they said that the date I had planned on doing the move had been booked for over a month. They were nice and wanted to keep my business, so I rebooked, but I never got a confirmation for that move!
So I found someone else.
I’m sure they do a good job moving, but they seem disorganized in the office.
