Had an appt last week. The ladies at the front desk totally ignored me. Honestly they just would not look up and then they walked away from the desk. Finally I was called up. My appt was for 2:30. I was called back, At 3:15 the DR still had not walked in or anyone said the DR is running Late. This is not expectable. My time and your clients time is just as important as yours. So I walked out. More people need to do this at DR’s office. 45 min and no DR. Not a way to run a business. So sad to, I was recommend to come into this place. People say he’s great. To bad I did not get to meet him.

One of the most professional & friendly offices. A very warm & sweet staff & Dr. Cetner is brilliant! I highly recommend this office & Dr. Cetner treated my Daughter immediately
