I’m suspicious. I tried their pizza slice and Italian sub. Considering taste, price and portion size, they weren’t bad, but they weren’t great either. How does this tiny, out of the way, only average pizza/​sub shop rate so high in the Vote 4 The Best Detroit contest? Something’s rotten in Commerce Township.

Stopped in on Monday and got the $ 5 Calzone special, they were very good. I also got the Fried Chicken, which I didn’t care for. It was very salty. Overall the place is nice and employees are very helpful. They do offer a lot of specials. Next time I will try there pizza.

The Calzones are amazing. Especially on Monday’s when they’re $ 5. That’s a heck of a deal. I call during my commute when I’m about 15min away and it’s ready to pick up while I head north on M-​5.
Tried a Margarita pizza too. It was OK. The Calzone was so good I’ll have to give the pizza another shot.

Not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but absolutely nothing to recommend it and seemed pricey for what you got. There are better options in the area.
