Comfy shoes. Some of my faves because they are stylish too, a winning combo! It’s not the biggest shoe store but I’ve been lucky here in the past so I thought I’d give it a go. The real surprise today was the excellent service provided by Terri. Terri was helpful without being pushy, very knowledgeable about the stock and was incredibly efficient… All the while with a genuinely likeable attitude(particularly noteworthy given that it was a busy day). It felt like she was a friend helping me find my perfect shoes, not a stranger/salesperson. I’ve shopped at this location years ago, but I’m definitely coming back again sooner rather than later based upon my experience today.

Not the best store if you have small feet. But… in the rear of the store is their rack of sale shoes. There’s a full row of 5 and 5 ½ you can browse through, and the girls are happy to get your shoe mate in the back. I came here on Labor Day weekend(bad choice for parking) but the girls were friendly, and didn’t rush me. I can’t fault the store. Its pretty well stocked, well lit, and the girls seem genuinely cheerful.

the shoes are ok, nothing spectacular. the service was good, the crowd was terrible, i could hardly try shoes on and walk in them to see how they felt. The line to pay was OUTOFCONTROL. 1 cashier for 16325367 people? really? never again.

I am pregnant, and after hours of walking around the ciadel outlets, my feel were swollen and sore. I live in flats with no support(I know I know, bad for your feet) and hate shoe shopping. I was in so much pain that I let me husband convince me to stop in here and look at some comfortable shoes. The girl who helped us(my receipt says her name was Lisabeth) was very helpful! She went back and forth, getting me sizes and suggesting different styles. She was very patient with me and even after I left a mountain of rejected shoes, she continued to try to find me the perfect pair. I ended up buying two pairs– One pair of flats and one pair of tennis shoes. Both are SO comfy with cushy pads in the soles. Also, they have wide sizes for women with not so narrow feet. I wore my new shoes all weekend and despite some pain from blisters I accumulated while walking around in my old shoes that day, they were very comfortable! I don’t think I’ll be able to wear my old flats again. Without Lisabeth’s help, I would have never been able to find shoes that I can walk all day in, even with my swollen pregnant feet!

I’m not a big fan of shopping for shoes. My main reason is that many of women shoes are made solely to look fashionable. But I’m the type of gal that likes good looking shoes that are COMFORTABLE. No comfort, no buy. Whoever came up with Aerosoles is a genius. The stuff here looks good AND is super comfortable. My feet just melt inside these shoes. The sales associate, Dawn, was really helpful. She had spoken with me while I was trying on a pair of shoes. I was really indecisive because I didn’t NEED another pair of shoes. But I always have those moments where I wear my favorite shirt/jeans/shoes to the point where they need to be thrown away and wish I had bought three or four of that shirt/jeans/shoes. I also have moments where I don’t buy the item when I see it and return the next day only to find they’ve sold out. I was looking at these pair of shoes and really could not make up my mind. Dawn had seen me and my personal struggle and said«I know you really like them because you’ve returned to them three times today.» She was so right! I ended up getting them and even scored an extra 10% off them. Love the service, love the shoes, and love the prices here! The store is located in the Citadel Outlet shopping center. Plenty of parking spaces, but plenty of shoppers, so make sure you arrive early to snag a good spot!
