never had a problem. plus they deliver my products to the door for free. Always have been happy with the products support and service.

TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLE… A new customer… ordered supplies… lady talked so fast over phone… no wonder why got my supplies wrong… placed order on a Thursday said it would be here on Monday. Tuesday rolls around no order. Called and the damn order was never placed on system. Tuesday they placed order came on Thursday with WRONGITEMS… even emailed them a picture as well as the dimensions of supplies I needed. Here it is Friday and no return label from them. I say if they can’t handle customer service then they need to get rid of business…

Getting an order correctly is not their strong point. Would be nice if they call their customers prior to shipping/delivering to confirm an order is correct. Would have saved over a dozen mistakes in one year period we’ve experience. Communication is easily correctable

What a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a DNP printer on 5⁄6. When I opened, I found that it didn’t come with the printer cord or the paper tray. I informed Buffalo about this issue on 5/22, clearly saying that my client would be coming to pick up the printer on 5⁄29(seven days later) and that I MUST have these items by then. I email and call all week. I am always told I will be emailed back or called back, with no response. Finally on 5/28, I am told that it was already shipped out and it will be to us by 5⁄29. 5⁄29 comes and goes, and my missing parts don’t arrive. So again, I call and call and email and email until I am finally given a tracking number. My missing parts are being shipped to California(I live in Arizona) and are expected to be delivered on 6⁄3. I finally talk to someone on 5⁄30 and say… 1. that’s not my address 2. My client has already picked up their printer so it needs to be rerouted to them. I am told on 6⁄1 that the shipping company has been informed to re-route it to that address. Surprise Surprise… on 6⁄3 it was delivered to the address in California. So I call and call and email and email. Finally I talk to someone who I have to re-explain everything to because the person I have been working with is «unavailable». I make it clear to that person… before you ship it, you must call me for the address of my client. Of course, I get a call back saying that they have GREATNEWS! Her boss«did something incredible» and they are shipping it out over night to xxxx address. 1st — you did something incredible? I have been fighting this issue with you for weeks! Now I am upset… my client is upset… 2nd — I specifically said to call me before you ship for the address of my client. Which she replied to with: «oh I assumed this one was the right now». Yes… I am aware. But as I CLEARLY stated on the phone multiple times… call me so I can give you the address it needs to now go to. But of course. There is nothing they can do. It will be over nighted on 6⁄5 to my address. And then I get to ship it to my client so that expense is on me, and my client can wait even longer. Here we are. 6÷9… I am still missing my printer cord(VITAL to turning on this printer), and my paper tray. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and will never order from you guys again. I spent $ 1,020 on this order. I think getting a good response time, and customer service isn’t a lot to ask for. If it were my business, I would have sent you a power cord and tray from my inventory immediately, and taken care of it with the manufacture later. But clearly you don’t think much of us as customers. Therefore, we will not be returning. Still awaiting the power cord and paper tray I need for my $ 1,000 printer…

Terrible customer service, I ordered an item and was told it was back ordered until Monday. I was to receive it no later than Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I still do not have the item. Everyday I followed up on my delivery and everyday I was told tomorrow I should have. I spoke to a so called supervisor whom didn’t speak clear English and kept repeating it will ship out tomorrow. They all are a bunch of liars and I will never ever buy from them again. Save yourself the time and frustration. DONOTBUYFROMTHEM!!!

Dealt with this company for a couple years now. I’ve never had a problem. Usually order media for my photo booth supplies. They have always shipped on time and have been reliable.
