Worst Denny’s I have been too in my whole life. The food was lukewarm and the waitress was confused about her own menu

If you want warm food that tastes great, go somewhere else. Hash brown are so stale and tasted like you’re chewing plastic. Scrambled eggs with cheese had hardly any cheese that was not even melted. The eggs were cold so they didn’t melt the cheese either. One of the worst Denny’s meals I’ve ever tried eating. stay away guys.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service! My parents and I went on a Sunday morning, we were ready to order our food along with our drinks. We waited and waited. Half an hour goes by and nothing. My father tried(in vain) to get the waiter’s attention, but he kept passing him by pretending not to hear him, clearly he did! When we told the Hostess that we hadn’t gotten any food or service she said«don’t ask me, I’m just the hostess» you’re still working for the establishment and need to provide good customer service! What a rude response! To top it off the waiter who happened to be on the heavy side kept sweating profusely and wiped his dripping sweat off his forehead with his arm and then proceeded to handle his food platter to distribute to customers! How disgusting and unsanitary! Needless to say, we got up and walked out at this point. This wasn’t the first bad experience in this location, but this was the final straw! We get it, not a five star restaurant! But people are still paying for food! You need to ensure you provide good service and meet the food regulation for proper handling! Skip this location! There are many other options in the area! Your money and time is too precious to waste here!

We stopped in for an early breakfast on the way to a scheduled appointment. While I was not disappointed in our food, I was extremely disappointed in the service of the staff. The manager seemed like we disrupted an important task when we arrived. Without a word he walked away and began to prepare a table for us. He returned and escorted us to our table. Our inattentive waitress came took our order for drinks, did not ask if we were ready to order. It took her several more minutes to return to take our order. As we had an appointment and needed to be somewhere I had to interrupt a conversation between the two servers to ask for the check and a to go box. Denny’s food is classic dinner food. It is enjoyable but today I did not enjoy my meal because I was so frustrated. Customer service is an important part of their service that needs improvement.

Every time I come to Dennys my experience is filled with the greatest satisfaction. The staff always greets with extreme pleasure. They engage in conversations with their customers to such an extent that I feel very welcomed and a sense that I am wanted. The staff always ensures that my visits are ensured with pleasure and satisfaction. One of the managers, whose name I believe is Luis, always checks up on his customers and even attends to them when they are paying their bill. He also follows the same behavior as his staff. To sum up this particular visit, I ensure and promise you that your visit will be filled with friendly staff, good food, with an clean and good atmosphere.

It took 20min to get just the drinks. The waitress didn’t even bring water. The food was not cooked right and when we received the food it was disgusting. I saw all of the workers showing off pictures on their phones etc. I guess Facebook couldn’t wait.

Just went to this Denny, because it is closed by, Parking lot has no lamp, I can’t even see where was the lot located… wtf…walked in waited for 10 minutes no one come over and say welcome. During the 10 minutes of the wait time I observed they don’t have enough hands for the business. There are 3 hotel/motel in the area, regular size of this Denny only had 2 waitress are working, during this busy Christmas holidays season 12÷26−12÷27 I got the menu on my own, and few minutes later teen guy came over and ask for what drinks we are gonna order first and then the waitress will be come over. Ok after a few minutes later, I noticed they really need a 15 mintues break, they were looking tired of walking around’s be and around of the store. Foods come over within 10 – 15 minutes, everything looks good and taste good in a big portion… To the owner: you have to let your employees to have the two 15 minutes break time in 8 hours work day and 30 minutes non pay lunch time, according to the state law. Cant beleive it. I went in with my friend and my 10th month old baby. The waiter pretty much told me to order food for my son because it was owner policy that we dont share food. Seriously how much can my baby really eat. I never have that problem anywhere else. Never returning this is horrible. Customer should always comes first. And telling them what to do and order is just stupid.

Wow! Feel bad for this Denny’s! Went in at 2am and walked right back out. There was a man sleeping & snoring in the waiting area. Place was smelly and dirty like they don’t wipe down their seats. Parking sucks without very much lighting. Waiter was on his cell phone.

I stayed at ramada for 2 nights and this is the only option close by. Their menu is pretty wide and I found great vegetarian breakfast and dinner options.

I am a BIG Denny’s customer and this location is consistently the worst! I no longer will set foot in the place anymore. Thankfully, the So. Whittier and Pico Rivera location are just as convenient and now get my Denny’s business. The problem is that management simply does not exist in this place. The food is typical Denny’s which is expected, but you absolutely do not know what kind of service you’ll get from one day to the next. It’s not that the waiters and waitresses are bad, or the cooks are necessarily slow, it just comes down to management and their incompetence! A thin Russian guy manages 4 – 5 morning a week and he’s great at reading the LA Times at the counter while the place crashes and burns all around him. Take my advice, stay clear of this place unless you have plenty of time to kill.

This Denny’s location is not so pleasant. I went for breakfast with my mom and both ordered French toast, mine were actually good but when my mom took a bite out of hers it wasn’t cooked on the inside. We sent it back and were giving another one«personally made by the store manager» and it was actually worse! We asked to speak to the manager and he came over to our table and with a tone let us know he was the one that made it. I showed him it was still raw and all he can say is that they used a lot of egg that’s why it came out like that. Maybe I should’ve had him eat it since he really wanted my mom to accept it and eat it herself. RUDERUDERUDE!!!

I come here when I am craving breakfast for lunch since it is so close to my job. The service is ok. Nothing over the top. This place is rarely packed with people, which I really like. I also like coming here for meetings. They have free wi-fi. That’s it.

came here for a meeting with about 10 others… all we got was drinks & appetizers but service was fast & friendly… they even set us up in a empty area so we could have some privacy… we’ll be back next week :)
