I switched several months ago to State Farm and so far I have no complaints. The representatives are very helpful and my inquiries are answered in a fairly timely manner. What I appreciate the most is the fact that it serves the local community. Therefore I never have to feel helpless not being able to reach my agent. Whenever my agent is not available, I have been assisted by another very capable agent within the office. This has not been my experience at other insurance agencies.
I should also mention that I receive both rental and car insurance along with a life insurance policy.
