Prices are good but service leaves something to be desired. There seemed to be plenty of people working in the store so that doesn’t explain the lack of attention to basic customer needs. Small things like helping a customer find a style or offering to adjust the bracelet length seem like common customer courtesy.

We went here on our Christmas shopping extravaganza… and while I found a watch I liked, Shawn R. purchased it for me. And that’s all well and good, because the service at the store was great, removing the proper amount of links to make the watch fit my tiny wrists… they failed to make sure the battery was working. Didn’t realize it until we were back in Atlanta… so we had to go pay $ 10 to get a battery that worked put in.
Ask them to install a new battery for you when you buy a watch here.
