Great place for gift giving in a pinch or redoing your kitchen. I am always able to find deals from dining wear to kitchen accessories.

Ordered online. Drink dispenser had defective spigot. Company USPS mailed a replacement but refused to overnight it for use at the party for which it was purchased. Disappointing customer service.

I just returned home from a wonderful Christmas holiday and was excited to see that my order, 20 piece Tuxedo Deluxe Gold dinnerware had arrived. I only got as far as opening the dinner plates when I thought there must be a mistake. The quality of these plates is so poor that they look like they were recycled from a thrift shop or washed in a dish washer until none of the «gold» trim is left. I was not even sure the what trim is left is a gold color and thought they had sent the wrong style.
I can’t believe anyone would send a product in this condition out to a customer and hope that Gibson will provide an apology and full refund.

Love this place for plates, bowls and sets of dishes. I don’t get there much b/​c it’s only open Mon-​Fri — 9 to 5pm — Living in LA, there is no way I can get there in between work. BUT with that said, they have extended hours during the holiday season. Call and check their hours with them. They sell ‘Target’ Home brand items for 50% less or more. It’s definitely worth a drive!

Found this place by accident when I heard of another great place to go when looking sure great deals. If you are looking to get some nice flatware, stemware, our even glasses, it has just about everything you need for you’re kitchen and/​out dining room.

Wow! A REAL outlet with ROCK bottom prices. Just a few streets past the Citadel Outlet Mall is a real factory outlet located in a gritty industrial area. This is the place for bargains in dishes, cookware and glassware, whole sets and pieces. I purchased two sets of everyday dishes in a Provencal pattern (8 place settings), 48 wine glasses, 48 plates, and 48 water tumblers for $ 168. This was less than the cost of renting dishes for an event.
Parking was easy, there was plenty of street parking right in front of the entrance and the employees were nice enough to place all the loose dishes in newspaper and help me out to the car.

This is an awesome outlet!!! you can find anything you need for your kitchen including dinnerware, bakeware, fine china and more. Prices are reasonable and way below retail. Great customer service also! :)

I love this place!!!
They have a great selection for your kitchen needs – many different dinnerware patterns, cookware sets, and even some great Mr. Coffee travel mugs.
The staff is very helpful as well.

This factory outlet is the place to find sets of dishes and cookware that are a step up from Ikea, but below Crate & Barrel. Much of their inventory is also sold at Target, but the prices are cheaper and the selection is much bigger here. It’s also a better deal than the kitchen «outlet» at the Citadel.
The inventory is well-​organized, so you won’t have to do any hunting around to find what you need.
Best for dishes, cookware and regular glasses. If you care about wine, you won’t want to buy wine glasses here.
Beware: closed on weekends!!!
