I stayed at this hotel for about a month with other coworkers, one of my guys in another room got attacked by bed bugs and we talked to the manager who was rude and told us if it’s a problem we can just leave! The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and made our stay a good one up until that point. You would think the manager would be nicer to us after we’ve spent $ 8,000 for the rooms!

This property used to be a Holiday Inn Express and is the nicest(if not only, now) hotel in Commerce. I’ve stayed here before while visiting my family who live in Commerce. On this visit I happened to get a good rate on , however there were a few things that indicated my room at least was not up to standards. First, when attempting to call the front desk to clarify WiFi instructions, I discovered my phone didn’t work(so I called on my cell phone to the front desk). Not a major deal. The tub however, was very slow to drain in the bathroom, and the mirrors was chipping. These are small things individually, but collectively if not taken care of can affect how the hotel is perceived. The night staff person I talked with just didn’t seem very sharp on handling details, especially when asked about billing since I went through priceline. I’ll continue to stay here, but I hope the new management can ensure this hotel stays up to the quality it was when it was a Holiday Inn Express Property.
