Hugo Boss

I waked in today looking for a specific suit and one of the managers helped me out. He helped me get sized and fitted for a up coming event that I have. I am very impressed on the service that was giving to me by this team today. It was a great experience after the holidays.

Outlet had two Hugo boss stores. Came with the hubby to look for a suit. Place was dark and seemed to suck the life out of you. Help from associates is not genuine, they just want to make their sale. We could definitely feel the tension in there. All in all, terrible experience at this place. We ended up getting our suit elsewhere where the atmosphere was more comfortable and at ease. We later went to the Hugo casual store where we were told that the stores are gonna be remodeled, which is good to hear because the stores look like a dump. The casual store was a bit more calm and we were able to look around more freely.

Why are the workers so unhappy? They look pissed and treat everyone like crap. Super unhelpful and unfriendly. Selection was minimal, but attitude was plenty. I like the Orange Brand, but I’m not buying it here

No stars for a 5 star brand! I was forced by Unilocal to give it at least one. Well that’s what I thought. Store looks like a joke. It’s like a warehouse with party tables and table clothes top with Tupperware. There’s no structure. Feels like shopping at Sears clearance section. Associates don’t great upon arrival. They seem to hate their job no sense of anything. The manager seemed like a joke. She tried really hard to sell me pointless outfits by shoving to much product into my face. Really difficult to understand the paper pinned signage. Was looking forward to having an outlet close by. Highly disappointed as I’m a Hugo customer. Won’t be going there any time soon. Corporate should really take a look into it.
