Good quality products, deplorable customer service. Have sent wrong item on multiple occasions and they give you the 50-phone call run around and refuse to fix it, even when you can prove that it was clearly THEIR error. Then refuse a straight return or refund of the difference, so the customer is stuck with a cheaper product and Kavio keeps the difference. I’d be 100% happy if I could just get the correct products OR if Kavio would just show the slightest customer service and fix their mistakes. Major frustration!
