Was able to schedule a massage last minute easily. Gus was my massage therapist — he was awesome and really customized the massage to the issues I was having. Overall great experience.

First time visit for my wife and I. Beautiful décor, something we didn’t expect in a shopping center. Very friendly and very professional. Prices were reasonable. I did find it strange when I was checking out and was asked, «How would you like to leave your tip, credit or cash?» before I even received my bill. We will definitely return.

I get massages here regularly by two different therapists. I have been to others, but haven’t cared for their techniques. It sometimes takes a couple tries to find the right fit, no biggie. I don’t want to say who I love here, it might be harder to get in for my appointment next time! lol! The facility is nicely decorated and plays soothing music that can be turned down in your room if need be. They offer a variety of services from facials to massages to colon therapy. They do have a rewards program which is beneficial. You can accumulate points and apply them towards services, which helps offset expenses. I do however have a couple complaints. They almost bombard you with phone calls and emails, which I’ve recently had them finally stopped. And a few of the front desk staff are difficult to deal with. I have felt talked down to and/​or experienced them not knowing how to handle my transaction the way it had to processed on the computer. this is not my problem, I don’t want to hear about it! Your complaining about me negates the whole purpose of my massage!!! Get properly trained and if you’re not, don’t complain to clients about it! Also, a therapist that is a heavy smoker should think twice about working on people. I do not smoke nor do I want to smell your stink and have your smelly hands all over me for the next hour!

Horrible customer service. The manager talks down to people. I had gotten several massages’ at this location in Commerce, the massages were okay. The staff even expressed how they would not be working there much longer, that came from at least three people while I was there. They also cannot change the music. It’s horrible and loud and comes from their corporate office. The entire front desk staff and massage therapist told me to write to corporate to complain about it. They said they have told them and no-​one listens. I would Never go back there again. And the review from the man that said he could share the monthly $ 49.95 per month charge with his wife is not true. She would have to pay extra.

Wonderful atmosphere and fairly decent prices especially if you sign up for the monthly program, it is worth it if you use it. My suggestion is to try a few different therapists to find on that you like that has a schedule that works for you and stick with them so they get to know your body and needs. Definately worth a try if you have not been here.

This was my first time visiting this spa. The price for an hour massage was quite reasonable. I had a pretty bad pinched nerve in my neck, and the deep tissue massage really seemed to help. Staff was friendly and I would consider going back.

The masseuse was good with her hands, but she did not the best at communication and she did not seem to understand how to ask the right questions for the best experience, but I will not mention her name. I guess this new masseuse is not as good with communicating so maybe I would try again with a different one.

I was very unhappy because there was a class going on next door that was very loud my masseuse went over there twice and still was a horrible experience then when I complained to the front desk she only took $ 10 off a $ 70 visit and I was about to sign up for a monthly visit! never again! Plus I sent an e-​mail to their head quarters and they offered no compensation to keep me as a customer.
