Hey there «Red Berry»
Happened upon your shop yesterday and fell in love with the tastiest yogurt ever
Shop was clean and counter help courteous and friendly.
I was feeling like a «purist» and decided to go with vanilla and chocolate drizzled with chocolate topping, nuts and chocolate chips.
What can I say.. .women tend to be «Chocaholics» The swirl was perfect and the product so creamy.
It was definely worth a trip into the neighborhood — Thanks so much — I’ll be back soon.

I come to this place pretty often, but only because it’s the nearest frozen yogurt place to my house and my kids, boyfriend and myself love frozen yogurt. The yogurt is pretty good, as well as the toppings. The place always smells like some type of cleaning chemical which I don’t like. Place is clean. The place should have more of a sweet or crêpe smell since they do sell them. I’ve never had a crêpe here. Some of the yogurt machines are kinda stiff and I have a hard time getting the yogurt out of them, and when it does come out, it comes out very slow. There is only one employee here and she is not the friendliest, however it may be because she’s stressed out being that she is the only employee working here. The first few times I came here she didn’t smile, speak much or thank me for coming in. Now she will smile at me and speak a little, but still won’t tell me «thank you» before I leave. The owner should really invest in hiring a second employee with better customer service skills, do something about how the place smells and fix the yogurt machines.

If I can put negative stars I would. Omg it smelled horrible as soon as u walk in. First time here today wanted to order crepes and was told it won’t be ready for another 30 mins so then I have to waste time at target so I could wait for my crepes. Finally their ready the crêpe is dry fruit tasted nasty I don’t know the bananas weren’t tasty they didn’t taste good at all. And poor cashier the owner has one girl running everything by herself. They need to hire at least another person to satisfy customers. I’m sorry but I’m never going back there again.

I was really looking forward to visiting this shop and becoming a regular since they have yogurt and crêpe and it’s located at the commerce center and is easier for me to get to during traffic rush hour.
Yogurt shop is really clean and nicely decorated. They have about 12 flavors. I tried about 6 flavors, mango, strawberry, coco, pineapple and cheese cake, they were very delicious no complaints. My niece tried the chocolate, vanilla and cookies and cream. The cookies and cream looked like a mix of chocolate and vanilla, which it was, it was not cookies and cream. They’re is a large selection of toping and the worker did a good job keeping the area clean and the topping containers filled.
My cup was about 8oz it was about $ 4 the other cup was about 10oz and was $ 5 and some change. There was no price labeled anywhere, so I’m guessing it’s somewhere between 40/​50cents. I’ve never been to good at keeping track on how much the oz of yogurt cost, but it would be nice to have an idea of how Mich you’re paying.
My reasons for not giving higher stars is because of the horrible service and bad attitude the worker had. I made two separate purchases and both time she grabbed the money out of my hand. It really looks like she hates this job, which is fine but she should be better at having a fake smile and good costumer service.
Second reason is for the fact that I came in for a crêpe not for the yogurt. Well I asked if they still had them since there was no sign of crepes anywhere. I was told it takes 20 minutes to make. That was ridiculous amount of wait for a crêpe. I was also told it was $ 7. I have no idea what kind of toppings it came with for $ 7. But 20 minutes for a crêpe is just ridiculous.
Overall I might come back in a few months. Costumer service might improve.

Was super happy try this place but sadly the only good thing about this place was the staff being friendly other then that the yogurt wasnt that great and it was pricey, ill stick to Yogurtland.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a yogurt. Personally the crapes are my most favorite thing to get from there.

The yogurt here is tasty! Happy this business was added to this shopping center. There are about 12 flavors to choose from. My favorite is vanilla and Red Berry’s is delicious. They also have a good selection of toppings– nuts, granola, fruit, candy, cookies and those jelly «pearls».
The place is clean and the cashier was nice. Plenty of seating and a two flat screen TV to watch.
Oh yeah, I’m going to be a regular!

Same taste quality and clean physical location as yogurt land, only less flavors. Good place for yogurt.
