Rug Factory Plus

Awful Awful Awful!!! Not sure what to say. I bought a rug from another place that sells Rug Factory Plus rugs. Had an issue with the rug and therefore had to deal with this piece of crap company! First guy I called was as rude as they come. He didn’t answer the phone and then called me back and the first thing out of his mouth was «Who is this?» I asked him if he worked for Rug Factory Plus and he said «Yah what do you want, and who is this.» When I told him that this is horrible and not how you talk to customers his response was «Oh really?» He finally gave me the number to the main office and when I called there… again I had to deal with rude people. Was told someone would call be back within an hour. Well 3 hours later and no call so I called them back. And again… rude people. The lady kept going round and round and didn’t even try to understand why I was calling. In the end she said well that’s not our issue. These are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with! I have let the company where I purchased this from that they should second think selling Rug Factory Plus rugs. I will never, never, never buy anything that comes from this company again. Think twice before even starting to do business with these people. Rude rude rude!!! Unbelievable!!!

I got a very good quality rug for my room. I got a great deal and I highly recommend this place for any rugs

Love this place! Came here on a Saturday afternoon looking for rugs for my bedroom, living room and entry way.
They have a great selection of designs and sizes for amazing prices. I purchased an 8×11, 5×7, runner and entry way mat for the price of 1 rug. Sales guy helped me put my items in my small civic and amazingly enough, it all fit. The quality is 10 times better than what you may find at Ikea, I know because I bought a smaller piece at Ikea which I hated right after I purchased these.
Would be a 5 star, however, I do hate when sales tries to shove something in my face.
Unfortunately, the design I originally wanted didn’t come in the size I wanted, and though he was just doing his job, felt that he kept trying to sell me on another carpet design I didn’t want, and even questioned me why I didn’t like it. If it weren’t for the great prices and the design I already loved for my living room, I would have walked away. Luckily for me, I did find another that I love today and was glad I stood my ground. He was still helpful and nice about it though.
Honestly would be back to get a replacement for my dinning area carpet.

stumbled across this place one saturday afternoon and i am so glad i did! they were having an awesome sale… 5×7 rugs were in the $ 150 range and 8×11 rugs were in the $ 200 range. i don’t know what they’re normal prices are or if i just happen to come across an amazing sale, but i’m considering on returning to finish designing the rest of my home.
they have a wide variety of styles, patterns, carpet material and a huge selection of colors too. we were able to find rugs for nearly every room of our home! the staff was extremely helpful and patient with us while we combed every inch of their showroom selecting 4 large rugs for our home. they helped us load it in our SUV and were very pleasant to work with. definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new rug (s)

My friend’s designer recommended this place to me. They have a large size ware house and lots of different rugs to choose from. I bought a few rugs for our home and the prices were lower than anywhere else I had checked. Love my new shags and was able to walk out with 4 rugs for the price of one. I enjoyed the free coffee and my kids played with the owner’s dog while my husband and I discussed colors and sizes. The staff was very accommodating and helped us load the rugs and helped us secure them to our SUV. The rugs have held up well under significant amount of foot traffic (3 kids, 2 dogs and one cat). This place is good if you want to cut off the middle man and pay whole sale price. They get a two thumbs up from our family for sure!

Went there today. I was buying $ 1000 or so worth of furniture and rugs for my business. Left a $ 100 deposit, asked who I made a cashier’s check out to, since it for my business I have to have documentation. I was told Rug Factory Plus. Left came back with my checks and upon returning I was told I could not pay with my Cashiers checks because it is not Cash. WHAT??? you have to buy cashiers check with cash IDIOT!!!
This scammer tried to get crazy because we told him that we would only take the rug that we needed and leave the rest behind because he refused to give us our money back. He then got upset, and said in front of the other 2 customers that were there that we NEVER gave him $ 100. Long story short. The sheriffs had to be called. I didn’t get my money back, but ended up just paying the extra money to get the only rug i initially went in for.
the furniture is not the best, but good enough for props as I had intended to use them for. The rugs are lower end, they do not come with a «Slip Not“‘ layer on the bottom as top end rugs come with.
The guy running the warehouse is a short little thing that carried himself to cocky that lost a $ 1000 sale because he clearly prefered to steal $ 100 from us and NOT pay the IRS their cut.
If you are looking for cheap prices and don’t care much about quality I would recommend this place.

This place is rug shopping made easy! I had no idea what to expect when rug shopping. I’d seen this store before because of their outdoor rug display, so it was my first and luckily, only stop. I was pleasantly surprised by their huge selection. I was planning on getting one large rug, but ended up getting 2 rugs with a runner and a door mat cause the prices were very good. Also, the salesman was extremely nice too. 5 stars here.
