Vivians Florist

I ordered flowers from Vivian’s for a funeral. I was not happy with the arrangement that arrived. While the individual flowers themselves looked fresh and the delivery was made on time, I thought the overall arrangement seemed poorly structured and rather messy looking, kind of haphazard.
When I had a chance to call the florist on the first business day following the delivery (flowers were delivered Friday night for a Saturday funeral; I called on Monday) I was equally unimpressed with their customer service. I received no offer for a partial refund or discount on future purchase, only a lukewarm apology. Then I was told that the florist had been doing flowers for 60 years and knew what an arrangement should look like.
Needless to say, Vivian’s won’t be getting any more of my business, and I can’t recommend them to anyone else. With Ruth’s Florist now closed, floral pickings are slim indeed in Commerce.
