They can go to hell for all I care couple years back I bought a engagement ring for my former fiancé.
They give me the hardest time returning it and treat me like a criminal acting like i was there to rob them or something. And asking me questions is none of their concern. If you going to get a jewelry for your loved ones they are the last people to go to.
If you’re asking why am I saying this now?
I recently went back to that area and the same people still work there.
Please be warned you do not want to do business with them.

This place sucks.

Trust me when I say they have horrible customer service.

Horrible experience!!! Went in to buy a bridal set and my now husband, a wedding band. My husband’s wedding band was promised for a date before the wedding and it wasn’t ready on time. We got married and no wedding band for my husband. Finally the ring was ready a week after the wedding went to pick it up and it looked tarnished from inside. The girls tried to polish it with some f*****rag and of course it would not come off. They blamed it on their «experienced» jeweler. And now it was sent off again for «polishing.» My point is don’t f***** promise a date for something that it is not going to be ready. And when it’s finally ready they f*** up with the ring looking tarnished. What kind of service and «experience» is this. I felt so bad that we had to get married and no ring for my husband. I planned my wedding around the date I was promised the ring. I’m still playing the waiting game. Let’s see how long will it take them to get back the «polished» wedding band.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Horrible service! all the sales people give you different answers to the same question. I regret stepping foot in that store, I had to reach out to the district manager to get my issue resolved. Never again!

Walked into the store to look at the Vera Wang collection. There were 2 employees helping customers. So my husband & I patiently waited. And waited. And waited. We were hoping for «we’ll be right with you» nope! Never got it! We decided to step out of the store & came back 10 minutes later. & you would think by now they would’ve acknowledged our presence. Not a chance. We approached the sales reps to hopefully get their attention. STRIKE 3! Finally — my husband asked The male associate that was too busy having a personal conversation with a blonde hair blue eye lady finally turned around & was oblivious to what was going on. Anyhow. Zales outlet you just lost a good sale!

I like this store. It’s clean, conveniently located, and the staff are genuinely happy to help you here. The staff have helped me select jewelry, I’ve completed online pickups, and had my jewelry cleaned at this location so I frequent it. I like the service more than the Downey location (although I have not conducted business at any others since I found this one). They have a pretty good selection of items and will match their online price so I don’t bother driving anywhere else. I just don’t love the parking on weekends so I try to come on weekdays and it’s smooth sailing. The sales ladies that have helped me seem to enjoy watching the customers try on jewelry whether they’re buying or not, it just looks like they’re having fun playing with jewelry and the no-​pressure feeling makes the shopping experience more relaxed and comfortable.
