We actually were reached by the owner of Beemsters. We were working on putting together our Holiday Party. We were invited to sample a menu he chose for us to try his food. The owner has worked with various city’s to cater their events. His credentials and recommendations are excellent. He served us roast beef with steamed veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. Where do I begin? The roast beef was superb and juicey, the mash potatoes have to be the best I have tried BETTER THAN Lucille’s Restaurant. The steamed veggies were tender but not limp and the side salad was the exact portion you need. This chef is phenomenal and his prices are great compared to over the top places. I know he’s trying to get his business out there and notice. Anyone who is catering an event should give Beemsters a call. It’s worth you time and effort.
