They did a great job. I left my pants at 8am and got them back by 5pm. They only charged me $ 2.50!!! I would use them again.

Bad bad place to go get your clothes cleaned. They messed up my shit then stained it. They told me that it was already there when I know 100% that it was not stained. If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE THEY SUCK

I’ve been to this place 3 times to be exact and all of those times they’ve always given me everything late from the date that I request and they’ve also given me all my items stained or ripped. Very irresponsible people that have absolutely no consideration for people’s clothes. Do not come to this crappy place. Let alone the condition the building is, it’s not only endangering the employees but the humidity stains on their falling ceiling is not right… I’m not one to put businesses down but I’ve just about had it with these people.

Everything you expect from a good cleaners, friendly, courteous, same day service, and discounts!!! It’s cash only but if you pay ahead of time you get a discount! How awesome is that.

I’ve been taking my clothes here for about a year, before today there were really no issues… But I guess there is a first time for everything. I dropped my hubs work overalls off before 8am in the morning to have a hole patched up, (he’s a welder) and was told I could pick them up after 5:30pm that evening. I got there at about 6:30pm and they could not find the overalls; they were NOT on the premisis. Turns out they were still at the other location where they do the actual alterations/​repairs (so I was told). I was advised to come back the next day. Well that would be fine except I needed them for the next morning. So basically I was given two options to either 1) come back the next day, or 2) I could drive over to the Santa Fe location and pick them up myself. After I explained that it was poor service to even make that an option they grudgingly said they would go pick them up and I needed to come back at 7:50pm (10 mins before closing time). What a waste of gas and time. I left and called back. Not more than 5 mins after I left the cleaners the young lady now told me over the phone that the overalls were there, they had just been dropped off. (How convenient) — insert sarcasm! How could this be!!! After thinking it over I came to the conclusion that they were probably there all along, she just could not find them. I drove all the way back and asked to speak to the manager, well what do you know, he doesn’t speak any english. Me: well when is the owner here, I will just call/​come back and speak with him/​her directly. Her: Oh he is the owner. Me: So how does he communicate with customers who don’t speak spanish? Her: The workers translate for him. I wanted her to convey my displeasure with wasting gas and time, but she didn’t want to tell him what I said because, in her words; «he’s my boss I don’t want to bother him.» Me: WOW, so customers who have issues that need to be addressed by management are just fresh out of luck right?! She smiled… I shook my head and walked out. Moral to the story: Business Owners you need to be able to communicate directly with your customers… PERIOD! In the event that you cannot, your employees should be empowered to do the right thing from a customer service perspective!

Good, fast, friendly service. Plus they do same day cleaning.
