The service here SUCKS! Sales reps were not there to greet me in the front… I call to see if I can exchange a Christmas gift… you tell me one thing on the phone and when I walk in it’s a different story… no wonder the ratings are so low…

Won’t get anymore of my money. Dropped my necklace off to fix a clasp. I week later still no necklace and many excuses about why i don’t have it yet. So once i get it no apology just stated well its here now. Really what happened to customer service these days

Go to any other one besides the compton location. The woman there dont know their business well. I bought a ring at a different location and since this one in Compton was closer I decided to get the ring resized here. I called a different location and they said since I did get the warranty it would cover the resizing. I get to the compton location and the old bat-hag Rosy said I still had to pay. BS. I called the location of purchase while still in the store and they said they would handle everything for me. Free of charge. Screw this ripoff place. Do yourself a favor. dont come here..
