I shipped a car with this company and had 5 months of problems. When my vehicle was delivered it had deep gouges and paint missing on the bumper. NO ONE would take accountability for it, thats why it took 5 months. They said it was caused by the warehouse where my car was delivered not having proper lifting equipment. Shouldn’t they know who handles the car all the way to pickup? I got a meager estimate from a body shop to just paint the bumper for $ 245. I was given $ 150. They only insure to $ 500. I’ve shipped a car from Hawaii to Calif. by CSX. I would never ship with DHX/​DGX again.

The customer service is top notch, and that’s vital when you have questions or need to ship strange packages or have previously suffered from the rude employees at UPS. And did I mention the prices are great? This shipping company is really fantastic, and I would definitely do business again.
