I go to this game stop all the time and the service is always good even though the lines are sometimes long. But, this weekend I went to get a used game for my son… got all the way home and there was NO game inside! I was so irritated because it was 90 degrees and I had to drive back in the heat to go get the game and hope they would not think I was lying. Fortunately, the guy was new, who rang me up, and obviously admitted to forgetting to put the game inside. All I can say is, when buying a used game make sure the game is inside the case!

Decent game stop besides the bland employees they have working here. They have no energy and talk monotone sometimes. Most other game stops are fine at this simple thing but they don’t show any sign of life when working. One of the guys there acted very suspiciously when holding my drivers license for a return, I didn’t want to be rude but it seemed as if he was trying to steal all the info on it. Not returning to this specific Store.
