Ok so i ordered a 12pc family pack with the free lemonade, but unfortunately they were out of lemonade so they did offer 2 large drinks, so the people infront of me received their meal and the cashier even offered them their new sauce so im like, my order is ready she asked if i wanted condiments and i said yes please and she didnt offer me the new sauce but yet she offered everyone else but i said ok its fine. when we got home our chicken was stale and just horrible, the potato wedges looked like potato chips all fried up and no potato… ugh i was very dissapointed… never again!

This is the first time I’ve been here since they remodeled food is still OK customer service was great. It was just like any other KFC I ever been to
A tip for everyone that complains about getting the wrong order. If you check ur order before leaving you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

I was just there and ordered 2 $ 5 fill ups and cashier told us if we did a online survey we each could a free go cups. while she gave us our free to go cups and i asked her if that was everything and she said yes. once we got to Anaheim petco we noticed that she didn’t give us our meals and no straw for pops. we thought everything was in the bag … never going there again

So my boyfriend and I just got home from this kfc. The worst! They had meals advertised that they didn’t serve! & when asked why, the drive thru attendant told us there was a sticker across the item that said «not available. «although this sticker was posted across half the items on the menu, it was not on the meal we had inquired about. & when we told her that, she responded with «other people see it.» Did she just call me a liar? My bf asked for fruit punch, she told him they didn’t serve it. She gave us the wrong drink. She didn’t ask if we would like any condiments (he ordered chicken strips!) And she was talking to another kfc employee while giving us our order. This kfc is a disgrace! The service is horrible! And as soon as I find out how, I’m going to write a letter to corporate! Don’t eat here!

I freaking hate this place they have bad service and bad old food. I don’t know why i always come back maybe hopeing that some magical day i would get fresh and fast service, but it always fails. If you live in the CPT best bet would be to go to the KFC in long beach blvd!

Kentucky Denied Chicken.
So yeah, i know one of the keys to a successful business is adhering to the laws of «Supply and Demand»…and yeah, i know the people of Compton, Ca aren’t as health conscious as they should be when it comes to eating (speaking as someone from Compton), but DAMN… KFC c’mon. If ALL THE OTHER KFCs in the country are serving grilled chicken, and you have pictures of grilled chicken advertised in the windows… SERVE THE DAMN GRILLED CHICKEN!
I went there today, and asked the girl behind the counter for a 10 piece grilled bucket, and she told me «We don’t have grilled chicken here», and i replied «You don’t have any ready???» and she said «No, we don’t EVER have grilled chicken here, we just don’t make it.»
I guess the only healthy eating options in Compton remain Subway sandwiches, and Fresh and Easy grocery stores… Ugh…Compton…((Still love ya, though.))
