Best place for snacks for sports watching. Especially for super bowl they have the best wings and now they have this Nashville spicy. Absolutely mouth watering crunchy and delicious!!!

Never go to this one! The food is horrible and the staff look like they just got out of bed and came to work. One time I went to the drive through and waited a good while till I realized no one got on the Mike. So then I drive to the next window… I see the inside totally empty. Of course I’m hot at this point and drive off. While leaving I see two employees come out the backbdoor giggling. So I ask are they open and the chick reply only the inside, but not the drive through… smh

This place is disgusting inside and out. The wait time is ridiculous and the prices are too high. This franchise is also under staffed. This is why I don’t like coming to KFC anymore.

THEIR SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. IT took me 30 minutes just to get a go cup… people who came in after I did received their food before I did. I have to complain before they even thought about fixing the problem. I have been living in this area for years and never have I experienced such horrible customer service at KFC. Even though this incident was — it has caused me to rethink ever coming back to this particular KFC again.

Ok why have an offer on Unilocal for a Free Drink, and the Food Service Workers have never heard of Unilocal and won’t honor the Check-In…not only that pre charge me for the drink, and pay me back in cash for their mistake. This KFC IS THE WORST EVER.

This place sucks. They take forever to give u your food and once they do they throw it in the glass box then walk away. Like damn what if I want some condiments (I find myself honking) Just to ask for napkins. Welcome to Compton :)

My husband & I was not satisfied with our visit because it took 30 minutes! We could have gone to a restaurant & sat down & got our order in 12 minutes! This is RIDICULOUS! I ordered the 3 piece grilled chicken meal, 3 piece chicken tenders, a large order of potato wedges & 2 biscuits & the woman said they didn’t have grilled chicken. From my experience, grilled chicken isn’t always made. She said they didn’t have it. I asked then asked how long would it take to make. She told me to hold on then got back on the intercom a few seconds later & said 20 minutes. I said fine. My problem with this, is she never offered the grill chicken & said it would be 22 minutes if that’s ok. I had to ask because the way she said it was like they were out, which makes me feel like they didn’t want to make it. We pulled up to the window then she asked me what sides I wanted. We pulled over to the front of the building & waited. My husband walked in to pick up our order 25 minutes later & he had to wait for 5 more minutes! At this point I’m irritated & hungry! We checked the order in the car & the 2 biscuits weren’t in the bag. But we weren’t charged for them so that was ok. But clearly the woman wasn’t paying much attention. I won’t ever go back to this location, maybe not even back to KFC period!

Went today and the place had an amazing service. The manager was very friendly when she took my order, the district manager was also there today and took the time to introduce himself to all the customers in the store. Overall a very friendly place and I would definitely go back.

Disapponted. I have been to many kfc and this one will not get my business again. Ordered hot wings and chicken bites. Chicken bites were smaller than bite size and hard as a rock literally. I ate one my husband had one and the trash can had the rest. Hot wings weren’t hot. To bad we didn’t find this out til we were home. Staff needs more training on customer service no greeting at drive thru window just told the total of our order. Felt like business wasnt valued
