It is true, they do stock up on certain items. Almost as if they are left overs from the swap meets and they buy a box for pennies and then there they sit. Behind those boxes lay the normal thrift store goodies. I have been there 4 times now. The most people I have ever seen in there are 4 people. I carry a backpack and when I went to check it in at the front(like most thrift stores require) they thought that was absurd. I still have not found that great of finds, what makes me believe this place is a store that sells left overs from other thift stores, which also makes it real cheap. I call it my local thrift store of all thrift stores.

I’m something of a thrift store connoisseur. I especially like trolling the thrift stores in the LA satellite cities(read lynwood, compton, watts) These are generally visited by people trying to get some housewares or someone looking for work clothes. Rarely do I find vintage vultures. But this place has blown all of them out of the water. Relatively new and apparently connected to a damaged products wholesaler, this place has tons of ‘gently used’ and damaged box products. They seem to stock up on said items until they’re sold, and then they restock on something else. Great finds at great prices.
