This store ha6d very very poor customer service I go this location because it’s close to my house. I went to activate a device and had questions the employee there told me to call customer service. But first she had me wait for her to help me. Last time I came to purchase a case a young lady was working, she was also very unprofessional talking to a coworker about personal matters and using faul language. I’m very upset and will not return to this store! The management should consider most of their employees and reevaluate them!

If i could not give this store stars I would. Minimal words in this review because they aren’t worth my time and will never get my money. Customer service is horrible, staff are half ass like heavily sedated or something. No one likes what they do there and it should be run by robots

one of the worst sprint stores i’ve ever been too!!! they have horrible customer service. long lines, very slow. they are not knowledgeable…

I try over and over to give this store another chance. However, you get no greeting and no assistance. I looked all around and there were several staff members conversing among themselves. Sad! You would think that the city is trying to improve and the stores would up their hood mentality.
It does not look like they have cleaned the windows or doors since they opened them 3 years ago.

Finally a store close to where I live… Best part about it is that these guys know what they are doing and they do it with a smile on their face.
