Tropicana Motel

Overall I think this is a very nice and cozy motel. With great weekly and daily prices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I believe it is under new management everything looks remodeled. No dirty feet when walking barefoot which to me is a great sign of upkeep. Some rooms I believe have mini fridges and microwaves if available but if not they have one in the lobby along with a vending machine. The restrooms are very clean and have great amenities. Ac works great. Also have great parking in the from and back. It also around many great food locations and markets.
There is some rules but I think that is good to abide by them since it makes you feel safer. I am staying here for a week and so far I am very happy with my choice and would recommend to anyone.

Stay away. This is not a safe place or location. Angie R. must be a cave dweller because this hole is exactly that. Stay away.

Great Place! I must say i was sceptical at first because not only is it in Compton which i try to stay away from but after looking every where in the South Bay and not finding anything decent or affordable i headed to Compton, but its a very small and not fancy looking motel from the outside. I was surprised to head inside and find that the place had just been remodeled. I vuewed a double bed room for myself and family and everything was brand new. There were two nice sized beds, a flat screen mounted on the wall, a very nice and handicap accessible bathroom. A separate and also handicap accessible shower, a mini fridge, a small closet, and a desk and chair. There is no microwave in the room but they did have one right down the hall along with water and vending machines. It was very reasonably priced and the customer service is great! I would definitely recommend this place.
*Forgot to mention the lobby is locked art night and so is the gate outside so it’s completely secured.
