7-Eleven

I live near this 7eleven and I go there often they do have a nice selection of items but as far as the customer service they are awful! They are extremely rude and greedy, for example the other Day when I went in there to get an iced coffee my bill ended up being $ 2.40 so I gave the man $ 2.50 he took it upon himself to just put my money in the register and not even give me back my change. Now normally I usually would’ve taken that change and put it in the little penny container that they keep at the front of the register for other patrons to use as change but when I looked at the guy he looked at me and he’s like I can’t open my register, so of course I just rolled my eyes and walked out of the store and got my truck and left.
Now today for instance was another episode of how exceptionally awful their customer service is, this morning after dropping my son off at school I went to 7-​Eleven to go get a big gulp full of Diet Coke well as I was walking from the soda stand over to the register the lid popped off and my soda then fell on the floor, I felt really really bad that it had fallen and I told The worker that I would clean it up myself as I started to pick up ice off of the floor and throw it to the garbage, The worker looked at me and said no I got it so I went to pick up my cup went back over to the soda stand refilled it and can went back over to the register it was at this moment that the manager was now doing the register so I looked at the manager and told him that I had the soda to pay for and if you wanted to we could charge me for the one that was on the floor as well. Come to find out the manager charged me for two sodas that day!!! Once again another terrible customer service experience at 7-​Eleven!!!

the layout of this commercial strip where 7 – 11 is resembles a link on a golf course, sort of a crooked L.
it’s spacious and clean. nothing special. just average goods available.

Nice store with what you need. I do like the selection of slurpees they have. The store itself has a nice selection, it’s bright and clean. It’s a bit in a odd location though but don’t let that stop you from going.
