The first place I go for alterations and dry cleaning of special or heirloom items. They always do a great job. Alterations are always done quickly.

I dropped off a pair of Harley Davidson riding boots ($ 120) for a repair. When I came to pick them up, they told me that my father already picked them up. Not True. My father is 88, and never leaves his zip code, which happens to be over 500 miles away!!!
Next they claimed I was trying to scam them, or perhaps someone else pulled a fast one, etc. Several months later, no boots, no compensation, only denials, and finger-pointing. As for the repair, Not sure what to say about that.

Took in my daughters JDRF book bag due to the zipper breaking. They were the ONLY ones in the area who could do it! They did a great job & prices were reasonable. I’ll be there again for some alterations!

We dropped off a pair of girls boots to have one zipper replaced/repaired. We asked for an estimate prior to having the work done. No estimate was provided and no phone call to advise us that the work was done.
We were charged $ 20 to have one zipper replaced for a shoe that costed $ 25, we are not very happy with the customer service provided. We will not go there again for a shoe repair.
